All Skin Types Mask - Egg White
Mask for hydrating skin
C = CupT = Tablespoon
t = teaspoon
Ingredients: 2 egg white, 2 T of buttermilk.
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Apply mask on your face and leave on for 5 minutes. After that, rinse face with warm water and gently pat dry with towel and apply face cream.
Mask for Sensitive Skin - Oatmeal
Ideal mask for sensitive skin, skin sun-burned or irritated in some other way
Basic ingredients: 1 C of buttermilk, 1/2 C oatmeal.For oily skin - add to the mixture a few drops of lemon juice.
For dry skin - add a couple teaspoons of honey.
Mix ingredients and apply the mask on your face, hold it for 10-15 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water or use a heated towel. Just be careful not to get too hot.
Mask for Dry Skin - Avocado
This mask is excellent for hydrating dry and wrinkled skin
Ingredients: half an avocado, 1/4 C honey.
Mix the ingredients, apply mask to your face and leave 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
***Always use a ripe avocado
Mask for Oily Skin - Banana
For skin prone to acne
Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, 1 T honey, 1 orange or lemon.Mix the banana and honey, squeeze a few drops of lemon or orange. Apply the mask on your face and leave 15 min. Rinse with warm water and apply cream.
Mask for Mature Skin - Sugar
Sugar is preferable to clean the pores, it doesn't break the skin as the salt
Ingredients: 2 T sugar, 3 T water.
Mix sugar with water to melt it. Apply the mask to the face, and massage in circular. Rinse with warm water, or take a damp towel and warm it slightly in the microwave and wipe the face.
